After vetting out several contractors to decide between composite or pressure treated wood, we found Eli to be professional, straightforward and reasonable when it came to our ideas on what we wanted in a deck. His timeline and pricing was the best. He presented us with all requested documentation (contractor license, insurance, and contract) and started on the day he stated. Project went slightly longer because we needed additional footings and extension beyond the original scope of work. At the end of each day, the site was clean and nothing was left out of place. My deck is solid, sturdy and beautiful! His workmanship and professionalism were wonderful. We will be using Altitude builders again for additional work in the near future. Highly Recommended!"

"They was supposed to do kitchen renovation and they did not come and do any wall preparation before the cabinet arrival and also I had asked them questioned and they did not answer my email. I had shown photos of the wall inquiring how they wanted to proceed and their project management was keep in touch with the project to schedule. It should have been done cabinet installation door cabinet for arrival because all the cabinet and they've taken up space. I am a senior citizen and I have limited funds of that project. I am more disappointed that the project did not go well on both ends that they decided to keep my $2100 deposit. I they refunded most of my money back in good faith that I wouldn't have been disappointing. "

"Nice owner, hack job crew. Hired to replace siding and trim. Manager of the project was fired a few times during work and it really shows. So many small details are either unfinished or poorly done. Amateur cuts on the trim left gaps and old trim was not prep for paint or just left unpainted. They also smeared silicone to cover screws on the front face of the shingles, the whole house looks like it's covered in bird droppings. Plus they also damaged the roof and electrical boxes. Who knows what other things they skipped on, left me with a time bomb of problems that will takes years to show. I would not recommend. "

"I recently hired Coen Brothers Construction on a thorough bathroom renovation, and the outcome was outstanding. Their quality was excellent, and I am delighted with the final result. Their sub-contractors were also great and worked at the same high standards as the Coen Brothers. Although we faced some communication issues at the outset, we eventually worked through them, and it significantly improved throughout the project. They paid attention to detail; when my project manager saw me stripping the trim for reuse, they recommended buying new trim and a lumber yard to get it. And it makes a big difference having new trim with clean, sharp lines. Their tile work took longer than expected, but the miter cuts the trim cuts, and the finish is excellent. They were consistently punctual, respectful of my home, and very tidy - tidying up at the end of each day. While the project took longer than anticipated, the reasonable cost and the team's meticulous attention to detail compensated for it. Coen Brothers Construction also expertly handled all necessary permits and inspections, keeping me informed every step of the way. Overall, I am satisfied with their work and would hire them again for my next project."
