Robert and team were on time every day and were very hard working. The project stayed on timeline outside of an external delay caused by a product being out of stock. "We used Above & Beyond Construction to gut and remodel one full and one half bathroom in our 1960-built house. This was our first big home remodeling project and we couldn’t have been happier with the results. Chester and his crew were easy to work and communicate with, kept us updated with timing and progress, and identified additional issues that needed to be addressed (aka some really nasty old corroded cast iron pipes and cracked joists in our basement) to prevent future catastrophes. If we hadn’t fixed them we know we’d have ended up having to rip out the beautiful new bathroom within 6 months due to the failure of the old plumbing! They take pride in their work and take care to protect the rest of the house from dust and dirt, completely clean up the work site at the end of every day, and we had no problem trusting any of them in the house when we couldn’t be home. There were no budget surprises, either; the estimate was right on target. When we get up the nerve to tackle the gut rehab of our old kitchen we will look no further than Above & Beyond Construction!"

"Mihai and his team were recommended to us by a coworker and we're very glad that they connected us. We wanted to re-do our main bathroom, keeping the existing footprint, but basically starting over with all fixtures, tile, etc. Mihai came by the house to take measurements and got back to us relatively quickly with an estimate that was very clear as to what it would include. He also responded quickly to questions and we agreed to move forward. We appreciated that during the project, Mihai would keep us up to date on when certain members of his team would be there and they were all courteous and respectful of our home. We got delayed during the project due to a couple of unexpected issues (on our end) and Mihai worked with us to get back in as soon as possible. In addition, he helped us with a couple of other items not related to the bathroom renovation, which was very helpful since they would have been projects that were too small on their own. One item that I would note is that NorPro does not provide design services and you will need to secure all of the materials such as tile, vanity, toilet, faucets, etc. This was not an issue for us as we had a very good idea of what we wanted, but something to know if you are not working with a designer. Mihai did provide us with some good recommendations for where to get tile and reviewed our orders for other items to ensure that everything would work. We are very happy with the results of our project and would recommend Mihai and NorPro if you need remodeling services."
