"We had an old deck that needed to be replaced.  When the old deck came down we had to do some grading of the soil.  Jim worked with us to schedule himself and the tractor work to make this happen.  The new deck exceeds our expectations.  Jim has great attention to detail and made sure that every part of the deck looked correct and pleasing to the eye.  We added string lights and outdoor lights to the project and he was happy to add that as well.  It is very hard to find people who are excited about your project and take ownership of it.  We found that in Jim and his team!  We are SUPER happy and would reccommend Jim to anyone.

"Extremely well! Troy is very detailed oriented, so he makes sure not to cut corners. Before we found Troy, we had other box store installers refuse to take up the old laminate, while acknowledging the likelihood of bumps and bubbles without pulling up. Troy didn't flinch! He knew it was best to remove the old stuff and start with new sub-flooring, even if it meant the job would be more difficult for him. Troy finished in a timely fashion, and it's beautiful...no bumps or bubbles!"

"It went well! I expected it to take a long time to get it picked up, but I called for the bag to be emptied on Friday and they were here Saturday! I am already filling it up again. (We have a MESS from the storm and need to finish the kitchen before this weekend's company coming in from out of town.) I have already called them to request my bag be emptied on Friday, and they have me on the schedule! I can't believe the customer service is so great! This is not a regular dumpster company. I have a dumpster delivered last summer and they gouged my driveway. What a nightmare it was to get them to pay for the driveway to be fixed. NEVER AGAIN! It's BullBag only for our future needs."

"From start to finish everything went as planned. There were some issues that we ran into with the electrical being so old original to the house but with the experienced staff that Next Level Building has it was like there were no issues at all. After the kitchen was completed and seen how meticulous and how much they cared I had them help me with the issues I had from my previous roofing contractor which had just did the roof three months prior and it would still leak. William, Troy, Jason, and Christopher went above and beyond at no cost to help get the roof finished properly by the original roofing contractor. I would recommend Next Level Building Services LLC.
