"We had an old deck that needed to be replaced.  When the old deck came down we had to do some grading of the soil.  Jim worked with us to schedule himself and the tractor work to make this happen.  The new deck exceeds our expectations.  Jim has great attention to detail and made sure that every part of the deck looked correct and pleasing to the eye.  We added string lights and outdoor lights to the project and he was happy to add that as well.  It is very hard to find people who are excited about your project and take ownership of it.  We found that in Jim and his team!  We are SUPER happy and would reccommend Jim to anyone.

"It went well! I expected it to take a long time to get it picked up, but I called for the bag to be emptied on Friday and they were here Saturday! I am already filling it up again. (We have a MESS from the storm and need to finish the kitchen before this weekend's company coming in from out of town.) I have already called them to request my bag be emptied on Friday, and they have me on the schedule! I can't believe the customer service is so great! This is not a regular dumpster company. "We hired Next Level Building to renovate our bathroom and to make it more mobility-challenged friendly and to be prepared for a wheelchair. From the very start William listened very carefully to what we were looking for and made a couple of great suggestions which included enlarging the bathroom by taking over dead space in the hallway. This was a wonderful idea because it added space for a wheelchair to maneuver in and worked out beautifully. Throughout the project William checked in to be sure we knew what was happening, what was going to happen next and to see if there were questions or concerns. William and his crew went out of their way to insure in the middle of the project that the bathroom was very usable when a houseful of family arrived to spend the weekend. Speaking of the crew, they were all extremely professional, polite, and not only skilled at their jobs but took pride in doing the job the right way and cleaned up every night before leaving. I would definitely recommend them and I am already looking at another project with them."
