Scheduled a couple weeks out for the install. Luke came on time that morning and had it done in one day. He programmed the system per my instructions, and bang! I don't have to move hoses anymore. "They don't schedule enough time to provide the requested service so they have to come back. This works to their advantage because they charge you for a whole hour ($70) even if they're there just 10 minutes. They determine the time based on the GPS tracker in the service vehicle. Both times the guy sat in his truck for 30 minutes after he was finished. Work was completed but 2 sprinkler heads still don't pop up."

"We met with Mark who was very friendly and extremely informative of the sprinkler systems and the differences in the way the installations work.  Mark explained that they did not use a 'vampire' type connection and the issues with this type of connection.  We walked the yard and I explained what I was thinking I wanted.  He offered very helpful suggestions and offered great insight on solutions to problem areas in the yard.  Mark then created a detailed plan with competitive pricing.  After we signed the agreement we waited for the installation.  The very late spring in 2014 caused delays in the installation.  When we were finally given an installation date the crew arrived on time and ready to work.  The 'foreman' reviewed what they were going to do - again walking my yard with me.  We agreed again on the plan (there was one minor change) and they started working.  They took great care as to not disrupt the yard more than what was needed.  They finished the installation and then spent time showing me how it worked and how to change the programming if I chose to do that.  They cleaned up the yard very well before they left.  I have to say that my yard looked better last year than it ever has.  I had Skip's Sprinklers do the blow out last fall and the turn-up again this spring.  Both times the crew were incredible and patient with my questions.  I would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends and neighbors.  <br />"
