"We got estimates from many companies specializing in kitchens and bathrooms. We opted to go with HTZ to do all our work. Adam and Lori were very flexible in working within our time-frame and completed the majority of the work while I was on a leave. Custom design, cabinets, back splash, paint, and counter-tops. We explained what we wanted and worked with them to find the best designs and solutions. We purchased new appliances, sinks, lighting, etc., and Adam worked them all into the overall design. Our house is older and we ran into issues found during the demolition. Adam helped us through the problems. And, went above and beyond to fix some structural issues while still keeping us within our budget as much as possible. We found working with HTZ to be a very enjoyable experience. These folks take their work seriously and they strive for excellence. At the same time, working with them and communicating with them was a really pleasant experience. HTZ was very responsive to our ideas and questions. They provided feedback that helped us make decisions about how to reach our goals. We asked them to do additional work, outside the original job, and they were able to get this done too. Another dimension of difficulty, all of this was done during the COVID-19 pandemic, before vaccines were available. Adam and Lori and crew really care about doing quality work. You can see their goal is to make customers happy and do the best work they can within the budget. Also, our estimate, and cost adjustments, was always kept up to date. We always knew where we were financially during the entire process. Bottom line? Our kitchen, bathrooms, front entryway, flooring, etc. all tie together well while maintaining a unique look in each area. The kitchen has more light, is more open and inviting, and both entrances to our home draw you straight to the kitchen. I'd highly recommend HTZ to anyone. And, if we choose to do more work on our home, they will be our first choice to contact."

"This was a total kitchen demolition that removed a wall and closet into an attached bedroom making the space much larger to include a new dining room. It also included removing an old kitchen window and adding masonry work. It required all new electrical, drywall, insulation, plumbing, and flooring. All new cabinets, granite countertops, and new lighting and outlets were installed. The work was done professionally and in a timely fashion. Through all their knowledge and experience, they gave us suggestions that improved the outcome of the entire project. They cleaned up daily as they worked to completion. The final product far exceeded our expectations and we are proud to show it off to friends and neighbors. "Tim's Home Improvement came out very quick for an estimate. He was So friendly, joked with us, very polite and respectful. My basement was pretty basic to start. Just concrete floor, block walls, and studs on the ceiling. We came up with a good plan together instead of just what they wanted to do. He listened to my concerns and worked through the issues I had. The Job was quick and very tidy. Even though the job took many days, they did not leave a mess at the end of every day. They cleaned up all the waste from the basement, swept the floor, and did not track construction mess through the home. I had framing, drywall, laminate flooring, a bathroom added, storage room separated, and laundry room separated. The job was very quick and progressed well from day to day. The crew was always respectful and pleasant to interact with. Overall, I am so happy I chose Tim's Home Improvement! The price was fair. The work was fast. And they were very nice and honest people. "BEST CONTRACTOR EVER! The project included an exterior ramp, 1st fl laundry & 1/2 bath near the kitchen. I needed the ramp done 1st for an elderly person being released from physical rehab in under a wk. He worked very hard through the worst days of the smoke from the Canada forest fires. He understood ADA requirements and built accordingly. Plus, he suggested things I hadn't thought of like widening the mudroom doorway for a wheel chair if needed in the future & raising the mudroom floor just a little to keep it level with the kitchen floor. The ramp is very sturdy. The senior is using it with great confidence. The interior revamp went very well & was just what our senior needed. Not only did he have the project done in a timely manner, but while walking through Lowes he noticed a stackable washer & dryer 20% off, unopened box. He texted me & we grabbed it! Dave not only knows the construction business but goes above & beyond what's needed and he has a good heart."
