"Of all six plumbers I contacted for estimates on my bathroom renovation (replacing cracked old tile walls around my tub with a surround and replacing the 1950's era fixtures), Troy was the only one who gave the project intelligent, logical thought. Instead of trying to boost the cost of the job by selling me on more than I needed, he did what needed to be done, and did it remarkably well. Troy consistently arrived when he said he was going to and did the job he promised. He left the area clean and neat each day, and left the bathroom (which is the only one in my house) as functional as possible given the stage of construction he had reached.
