"I had to pay for five guys and only one worked. Paid Jacobs to lower my main water line before I had driveway paved.. their line leaked which I had to video to prove. When they tied this new line into original copper water line, it leaked also which I had to video. I was billed and paid for faulty repairs. Jacobs broke my irrigation line faucet. When they had it repaired I was billed again and refused to pay. I texted the owner and complained but he did not respond. Instead he threateded and reported me to all credit agencies."

"I can't begin to convey the dissatisfaction in quality of service from Blair Windows. We ordered windows for our entire home going on about a year ago from time of order to receiving the windows. The workmen have been out to my over 3 times to replace the largest window in home and cracked my original window. My daughter is getting married in one week and I have a big piece of tape covering the crack in the window that sits in front of the house. Needless to say, I will never order any services again and don't recommend!!!"

Quite a bit of it appears to be from the manufacturer, but I'll let you judge from the pictures - chipped shelves, chipped rollout trays, base cabinets with fractures, chipped edges, doors that don't close flush, imperfections that have been painted over with or covered. Customer service has been strenuous to work with - finally offering a paltry 10% refund after weeks of a tug-of-war of me sharing pictures of defects and them giving false assurances. Looking back in hindsight, I should have invested a little more to buy from a local retailer where pride in workmanship, quality and customer service are valued."
