Onecimo and the paver crews, Santos and the landscapers - we can see everyone put real care and pride in their work. Jackie Flor was our designer and she put in a lot of hours getting us the design we wanted. The price was laid out and explained at the beginning and there was nothing hidden or unexpected. They all went above and beyond. We're so happy we put in the pool and we're super happy we went with Pacific Outdoor Living."

They installed new driveway and walkway pavers, artificial turf and landscaping in back yard, and lighting in front and back. "We contacted California Smartscape to give us an estimate on redoing our front and back yards. They had been destroyed by putting a pool in and by a large tree in the front yard that damaged the hardscape. We spoke at length to Richard and Nick about our budget and our ideas for the yard. The proposal they came back with was within our budget and had all the elements we wanted. We were pleasantly surprised because we had contacted others and their proposals were way above budget and did not have the elements we wanted. The crews that came out to do the work were wonderful. They were professional, considerate and respectful. Steve was a great project manager who attended to things as they came up during the work. Ruben was a good crew supervisor. He had a good relationship with his workers. Now that our project is complete, we couldn’t be happier. The whole yard has been transformed into a natural landscape with easy to care for low water plants, low voltage LED lighting and drip irrigation. We even have a small artificial grass lawn in back! If you need landscape work, this is the company I would recommend."

"Our house needed a lot of important work. We wanted to add heating, but it turned into a big renovation project with the help of BaRick. We talked to different companies for ideas, and Rick was friendly, nice, and asked helpful questions. He gave us three choices (Good / Better / Best) and explained why each could work. He knew the rules of our city and had good ideas to make our plans even better. In the end, we added 400 square feet and basically rebuilt the whole house. We upgraded everything - from the roof, to plumbing, to electricity, to the outside walls. The final result looks amazing, and we love the work that was done. The project finished on time, but it cost more than we planned because of unexpected things like lead and asbestos, and extra things we wanted, like a high ceiling in the living room and improving the front of the house. Rick kept the team on track and worked hard to finish as soon as possible. I really suggest Dezign Construction - especially Rick as the project manager. He was great at keeping everything on schedule, and Courtney had fantastic ideas for how things should look inside. We're proud that our kitchen & master bathroom are on their website. I know I might not be easy to work with, because I'm a project manager and my husband is an electrician. But Rick & his team handled us well and our home is much better now."
