Prior to my scheduled time, they reached out again, offering me an earlier appointment, which was ideal. The tech (Tyler) called shortly before arriving to confirm when he'd be there. He quickly identified the issue with a pinhole leak in the copper pipe, replaced the corroded section, and explained why it had happened (use of improper/cheap materials by a previous plumbing installer). He was friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, and cleaned up thoroughly before departing. In addition, I found the cost of the repair to be very reasonable. Overall, a fantastic experience."
