"Took waaaay to long. 6 months, albeit, we started in late November but it was the nicest winter in history. Promise was late February for completion. I finally conceded in June that they had finally met all contractual obligations. There were several reasons it took so long from my point of view: not showing up when they say they are, poor workmanship requiring lots of rework (all caught by me, not the so called Project Manager), no dedicated project manager, unclear instructions/requirements flowed down to the contractors sent to do the work, company too focused on the next jobs instead of completing this one, etc..I could go on and on...Damaged my driveway and blamed the driveway even though I asked upfront if there would be any harm to it. "No we do this all the time" was the response. Damaged my neighbors lawn and I'm still fixing that. Overall, a bad experience. I'd rate them a "D" but they did eventually fix most of the quality problems. The rest I have, or will take care of. Cutting the ties with this contractor. Would not recommend."

"They were here everyday at 7 or 8 in the morning until 5 or 6 at night. We had rain but they still got the job done on time. They worked on the weekends to get the work done. They were very personable and always coming and asking me how I wanted things done, making sure that everything was how I wanted it. They kept me very involved in the project. They are very polite. They were neat, clean, and they cleaned up after themselves. The work they did was just absolutely beautiful. They were meticulous. Everything was very precise."

"Crack-X sent Tom to fix it. I am very satisfied with the work Tom did on my basement crack on July 19. He was very professional. He would inform me his lateness due to the traffic. When he’s here, he would tell me what he would do and how long it would take for each step. He finished the work just as he said. I am so glad that all is moving so smoothly. The fix has stood the tests of the last a few rains and no any sign of leaking again."
