Lowe’s ended up losing the carpeting I had purchased a few weeks prior and delivered other very inferior carpeting instead. They completed a tricky installation (large odd-shaped room with 2 closets as well as a winding staircase) quickly and professionally. He has a lot of skilled people he works with and does a lot of the work as well. When any hiccup comes up he is quick to get it resolved.
