The tore out and removed the old cracked patio pad, dug it out, put in the fill, put on the forms, and poured it within two days. "Painting went okay. The inside paint job they did not replace the outlets, and there was paint drops on the floor that were never cleaned up. The sheet rock they hung inside the closet was good. However, the installer in the basement room did a shoddy job of the cutting around the outlets. They did not put the faceplates back on, probably because they knew their cuts were horrible. Two of the outlets would not cover up even with the largest face plate available. I asked multiple times for an itemized bill and did not get it. The painter did not paint the entire ceilings, only spot painted over the stains yet we were charged for the whole thing. I made the mistake of paying for everything and they never came back and hung the closet or basement room doors. The sheet rock installer quit so it was weeks before my project was started. They were flexible enough to add in the cleaning and staining of the deck, but I was over charged for the closet sheetrock. Whatever was put down in the basement peeled up in three spots within two weeks of being put down."
