After getting some rather high-priced quotes from half a dozen roofers, a friend of ours who had work done by Vellox gave us their number and they came out and gave us the best offer. On the day of the job, the crew came out on time and got it all done within a day, and did a very good job cleaning up afterward. Vellox did such a good job that even our neighbor texted us right before they finished to compliment them on how good it looked! "The B & R team was a pleasure to work with through the whole process, from quote to paying after the job was done. We had heard water dripping onto a ceiling on our second floor during a heavy storm, and called several roofers for quotes. Five different companies came out, two of which wanted to replace the whole roof, and three that said it should just be repaired. During that process, several of the companies mentioned that our chimney needed repointing as well, so we added that to the job. Robert Jr. came out for B & R on a Monday after I had spoken with them on a Friday, and I had detailed quotes in my email that night for the work. They were quick to respond to questions by email, text, and phone. Once I got them the signed contract, they were in touch within the week to get the work scheduled, and had their mason and roofing team on site two weeks after I had gotten them the contract. A day and a half later, I had a beautifully repointed chimney with a cap, rotted wood around the base of the chimney replaced, perfect flashing, and a roof that no longer leaks at all. The team kept me informed throughout the process, letting me know about any issues they encountered and keeping me posted on their timelines. After they were done, they cleaned up the site completely (and even cleaned up the leaves and sticks that were in the driveway from a recent storm). The final price came in just slightly over the original quote because they had to replace more wood than they were originally expecting around the base of the chimney - it took more materials and more time than what was covered under the original estimate, but only cost a little more than the quote. All in all a great process, and I'd highly recommend Robert Jr. and the team at B & R for any roofing or chimney related work that you need."

"Initial meeting with Power was very informative and professional. They do try to push you to purchase right there and then with a 1 time discount. Did our entire roof in one day in January. The crew was on time and polite. It was dark by the time they finished and they were going around my house with a cell phone flashlight trying to finish clean up. They missed some debris (old shingle scraps) in the backyard. The dumpster was supposed to picked up the next day but wasn't picked up for a few days after I spoke with the Qaulity Control Manager."

"Adrian and his crew are excellent and we could not be more pleased. You can see the professionalism and craftsmanship in his workers by the way they work efficiently without rushing. They work very hard and do a good job of cleaning up after the fact. Their attention to detail was noticeable. We would definitely use Fereirra Co, again, and I have recommended him to others. Adrian is very easy to talk to, no pressure, no push to upsell services. He said his quote wouldn't be the very lowest or the highest and he was spot on. I had five estimates from various roofers, ranging from $8k for a barebones two man operation to $23k from the fulltime salesman with a well known large roofing company who tried to sell me on the benefits of custom flashing and offered $2k off if I signed that day. I wanted the siding pulled back on my house to have the flashing and rubber sheeting up the side above the lower roof to avoid issues with ice and leaks in the future. Other roofers wanted to charge me from $1800-3000 for that extra work. Adrian included it in the price of his initial quote - he said he always does that work because it is the right way to do it. His crew moved all the vents and vent pipes on the roof back away from the roof edge to avoid the possibility of future issues with ice dams. They also painted the vent pipes to match the shingles. We needed a number of sheets of plywood replaced due to prior damage in the attic. Adrian quoted me a price to strip and replace an estimated number of sheets. We ended up needing more sheets and a couple rafters replaced due to additional damage not seen before. He only charged me for materials for the additional sheets of plywood as he had promised to do before hand."
