"A soft wall due to improperly installed gutter by some other entity or homeowner caused water to constantly leak into the wall from the exterior roofline. This soft wall grow moldy and become riddled with pests/bugs. The contractor identified the potential issues, agreed to explore and open the walls and discuss the conditions, made sound recommendations for repair and did exactly what was noted in the repair (replaced a load bearing exterior wall, fixed the sill plate, completed the roof, shingles etc. and closed up the walls on the inside with insulation and sheet rock.). The work was timely, well done, the workers were clean as they did the job and kept the rest of the property clean. The manager of the job David Apel was and is an excellent communicator with phone/email/text and photos of processes and progress. I am going to use this company in my own investment endeavors on other properties and projects given the level of finished work, the timing and especially the level of detailed communication."

"I hired D&L last year to renovate parts of my lawn.  Initially, they were very responsive and got the job done on time and on budget. After that, things slowed down.  This year's treatments began late and the lawn showed little improvement.  In early August, I met with Lou to discuss tree work that needed to be done, but I never got a proposal and ended up going elsewhere for help. Too bad.  Nice people, but no follow-up and disappointing results.

"Two men showed up on time and after speaking with us to confirm what we wanted done, they got right to work. These hedges are on the South side of the yard so it was not easy working in the sun. Mike and Alik worked very hard, only taking a break for lunch. They not only cut down these hedges (approx. 3-4 feet) but they also cleaned up underneath them, taking out the ivy and vines. We were very happy with the finished product and feel we can manage them on our own now. The yard was totally cleaned up and the debris was taken away. It was worth every penny to have this job done. Mike and Alik were very polite and we felt they had a great work ethic. I would definitely recommend Tice Lawn Maintenance and would absolutely use them again.
