"At our first meeting (after interviewing 3 others) Greg laid out the plan for the deck replacement and after 15 minutes I knew he was a competent, detail oriented contractor. During this project he broke down the staggered payments and communicated every day of the project through texts and showing up in person. Greg took charge in overseeing everything like a platoon leader in the field by maintaining the flow of construction resulting in a smooth, exceptional conclusion. Part of the old deck was problematic. He examined every inch where there were issues and was able to overcome some difficulty and see what I couldn't. He suggested a landing on the stairway, widening and decreasing the pitch which accommodated an easier climb for us. Those are just the highlights, there was much more. My thanks to Innovative Construction for a lovely new deck."

"Prompt, reasonable and professional. Good crew. Came up with great ideas on other projects I have in mind. Love my new ceiling, they fixed all the rot in my subfloors and prepped for new flooring. "Great experience - installers Alex and John came out the same day I had contacted DSI for a quote - my existing door was installed pretty poorly by the previous owner and had huge gaps around the edges, but they leveled it out, fixed the door, installed the operator and all the accessories in a short amount of time and left no mess behind. All in all, a perfect experience and I would recommend DSI to anyone."
