Must have been some mix-up on the date and time for we turned off the water and drained the lines only for a no-show. Arranged for another day. <br /> Dis-assembled the fixture and replaced the gasket and re-assembled with new seats and spring and caulked which took 2.5 hours. Stated that if it still had problems that a plumber would have to take a look at it. <br /> When testing the fixture the next day, the fixture still leaked but we discovered that it was not re-installed in the same position-need to offset the handle to turn off the water completely. The handle is very sticky now when adjusting the water temperature. <br /> The receipt for the work was a regular piece of copy paper hand-written. <br />"
