He was very responsive via email as we worked to schedule a time for his crew to come do the work, which was mainly water tank and heating system maintenance. Brian brought Jim promptly and explained the work. They then pointed out a couple of things that they recommended replacing, one they just included in the original cost estimate and another they added on due to additional parts being purchased. The only reason we went ahead with the work was that the drain had been clogged for several days and we just wanted it cleaned. we will not be going through Angis list for our next service."
