"Every step of the project was handled with exceptional professionalism.  From gutting the kitchen, ripping out old cabinets and tearing up old flooring through completion everyone involved with the project was fantastic.  Kenny Builders guided me through getting the plans drawn up and choosing the cabinets, picking out granite, the appliances, fixtures, paint colors and refinishing the floors.  The subcontractors used for the electrical and the plumbing were great too.  Everyday when the workers were leaving they made sure to clean up as best as possible given that I was still living in my small condo as the work was going on.  Questions were always answered promptly and completely.  I really enjoyed using Kenny Builders.  Fearghal is a great contractor and I love using my new kitchen everyday.  The advice and helpfulness during the project really ensured that it would turn out beautiful."

"I had the good fortune to encounter Neary Construction last year, when I needed a lot of work done to remedy the damage that the awful winter of 2014-2015 did to my house.  <br> <br>Short form: I am very picky about my contractors, and Neary went above and beyond on almost every level. Billy went over the damaged areas carefully, pointed out several things I had not thought were problems (but obviously were, in hindsight), and took the time necessary to explain the work that needed to be done. Then he sent me an itemized list of fixes that needed to be made. I chose the ones that were most needed, and Billy didn’t argue with me to do the whole job. The friendly and helpful interactions on the front side were an awesome start.  <br> <br>Then he came when he said he would, did the work in a very competent way, and cleaned up after himself when he was done. I have to say that his competent and professional manner, his obvious depth of knowledge, and his overall business practices are far and away the best experience I’ve ever had in a contractor.  <br> <br>This spring, I called him in again to do some work on my front porch, and in my kitchen.
