"Every step of the project was handled with exceptional professionalism.  From gutting the kitchen, ripping out old cabinets and tearing up old flooring through completion everyone involved with the project was fantastic.  Kenny Builders guided me through getting the plans drawn up and choosing the cabinets, picking out granite, the appliances, fixtures, paint colors and refinishing the floors.  The subcontractors used for the electrical and the plumbing were great too.  Everyday when the workers were leaving they made sure to clean up as best as possible given that I was still living in my small condo as the work was going on.  Questions were always answered promptly and completely.  I really enjoyed using Kenny Builders.  Fearghal is a great contractor and I love using my new kitchen everyday.  The advice and helpfulness during the project really ensured that it would turn out beautiful."

"This is the 2nd time Bill and his crew have worked on our house.  It went perfectly.  here are some key highlights. <br /> 1. Bill is easy to contact and responsive via both phone and email <br /> 2. Fair price, I shopped a bit and talked to others who had work done similarly and his jobs are priced competitively. <br /> 3. Quality work.  The deck came out beautifully.  The decking is great and he was responsive to our concerns about how things should be done.   There was a problem with the deck not being square when originally built and he had some nice workarounds for this problem. For the exterior wall repair they did a nice job removing old clapboards/fascia boards,etc and fixing the root cause of the problem.  it looks as good as new!  Tested by a heavy rainstorm the next day and the original problem was gone!  No more risk of undue rot. <br /> 4. He has an assortment of funny employees that he draws upon, quite entertaining. <br /> Bill and his team are a hard working group of individuals.  They do a quality job, clean up nicely after themselves.  Furthermore, he was able to get to us quickly and get the job done.  <br /> As this is the 2nd time we've used Neary Construction, i can say with certainty that both experiences have been excellent.  Highly recommend. <br />"
