"I called on a Friday morning, and the plumber was at my door 45 minutes later. I had tried to fix the sink clog myself, but the PVC pipes were glued together and I didn't have the tools or patience to figure out how to get them apart. He was efficient, allowed me to watch as he did the repairs, was very patient in answering all of my basic plumbing questions, and was just a darn nice guy. He ensured everything was cleaned up prior to leaving. Will definitely use them again, and will recommend them to my neighbors."

"I called Jon after an unsuccessful call back from other plumbing company. He was scheduled to come out on saturday and while he did show up, he did show up late.  i assume he's a busy guy.  i had cleared the cabinets, removed drywall to expose the pipes to make it easier to work and sure enough, he was in and out in 20 minutes.  He replaced two sections of busted pipe and then reconnected them.  i thought the price was fair.  
he does provide some additional info on how to keep this from happening which i appreciated.

"I looked on A’s list and saw C&J Plumbing and called. Dmitriy answered, asked my location and if I were home. He was at my door in ten minutes and solved the problem in three more. He also listened and followed me around my townhouse to see if the mystery of the flood could be solved. There is a pump that takes overflow and condensation to the city pipes and his thought was that it may have failed and then started again. He advised I check the drain that leads to it each night and call them if it starts to back up. I asked how much and he said, “Don’t worry about it.” COURTEOUS.
