"My new roof was completed on Monday, June 19. Not only was Estate Exteriors the best estimate of choice, but their work was exceptional! My neighbor commented on how precise they were in measuring and replacing a few wood roof panels as needed. They were extremely careful with clean-up. I have a dog, so am happy there were NO nails found in my yard, and all bits of roofing materials were picked up. It was a pleasure working with Eugene. I found him to be very honest and appreciated his advise. I HIGHLY recommend Estate Exteriors Inc. to anyone considering repairing or replacing their roof. Jan M. Naperville"

"Enriqueâ s Roofing, Alex and his crew were very professional, respectful, and roof repairs were completed in a timely and efficient manner. Thank you so much!"

"Worked fast. Did the job in 4hrs. Workers were friendly. The only roofing company that was willing to do a "repair job" rather than replace the whole roof."

"The sales rep Tim was very professional and patient with me. Throughout the sales process he listened to all my concerns and explained the process from beginning to end. I know that I would have problems with wood replacement and tim made sure to make note of that. During the install there was a miscommunication with the crew and that lead to inadequate wood repair in the beginning. At this point I called the project manager Walter and explained the situation to him. Shortly after Walter came to my house with the field manager Mike and they both did a more thorough inspection of the wood repair and we came to the solution that best fit my home. After the wood repair incident everything went very smoothly. The crew worked very hard and did beautiful work after they took care of the newly installed wood. Overall the experience good. There was a problem but the way the company responded was great and I was very happy with the final outcome of the project."

"I really could not have asked for better administrative and management service. The actual work and the carpenter himself was equally as great. The carpenter was creative in delivering a great product. I would like to assume that some carpenter would have charged a bit less, but it would not have been worth the savings to either get inferior service, a headache, or a questionable product."

"We contacted this roofing company to repair our business property's flat roof after noticing signs of moisture around the ceiling. Their team scheduled an inspection, identified the affected areas, and explained the recommended repair work. The entire process was handled professionally, and we appreciated how carefully they worked around our business operations. The repairs were completed efficiently, and the crew made sure the work area was clean. Finding experienced roofers in Chicago who understand commercial flat roofing is important for business owners. I would recommend their services to anyone needing dependable flat roof repair or commercial roof repair in Chicago."

"Tom was a professional from start to finish, and I immediately felt I could trust him and his crew to do the job right. Tom called me the same day I contacted them for an estimate, and he came to my house within a couple days to look at our roof, measure and provide an estimate. The roofing job was done within a week of initial contact, and we are very pleased with the quality of work, materials and price. The crew took time to tarp the neighbor's house, so as not to damage their property, and they left our yard, gutters and surrounding property spotless (from roofing materials, that is). Overall, we are very happy with the job Tom and his crew performed, and would recommend him to anyone looking for a new roof or repair."

"They did a great job snd repaired my roof within a few hours."

"We were very pleased with the work that Lake County Roofs completed. They were punctual and efficent and the new roof looks great. They will be coming back in another week or so to install the new gutters. Would definitely recommend them to others!"

"Working with Albar was a very positive experience.  The salesperson was prompt and responsive to questions and requests for price clarifications and adjustments.  The basement windows (3 hoppers & 2 glass blocks) and a steel garage service door were ready in 3 weeks and installed in 1 day.  I am very satisfied with the quality of the windows and door and the workmanship looks very good.  All gaps were caulked and wood trim around the door was wrapped in aluminum.  At the end of the day, the workers cleaned up each area in which they worked.
