"I have a cottage with a detached garage that I use as a rental. The entire place was in serious need of an exterior paint job, so naturally I ran to the store to buy a bunch of paint. Well, that paint sat in the garage for over a year...because I'm apparently better at procrastinating than painting. I heard about Elmer and Brandon through a friend and gave them a call. They were friendly and able to come out right away to give me an estimate. The price was good, so I took them up on it. They did a fantastic job prepping all surfaces...very thorough powerwashing/masking. "Overall, the project went fine. The main concern was that the project went from May to November 2017. While the work was very well done, interruptions in the work were too frequent. Bruce is an old-school craftsman who does incredible work. He is able to produce materials that cannot be obtained otherwise. There are a few follow-up matters that need to be addressed. Our project involved removing a wall between the kitchen and a sitting room and a total tear-down from ceiling to floor. The overall result is very nice. Be sure to have a clear understanding about changes and what they may cost. Get a clear understanding about your timeline to completion. I may revisit this review when some of the remaining issues are addressed. KH"
