"I’m going to begin this review by saying, I have never hired someone to do a job on my house where I have been completely satisfied with the labor and the finished product. Until now. I just hired a company to remove my existing shingle roof and replace it. Not only is the finished product of excellent quality, but the technicians were extremely diligent in making sure everything was done with precision. The entire job even down to the clean up afterwards is outstanding…. I highly recommend Coxs Roofing and I will be using them whenever I need roofing work done. Oh! "I do not know the price as my husband took care of it. I think the thing was they came out and they had three crews working and they came out and got it done. The guys that worked on roof worked very hard. They did there job. We did have a problem afterwards but that may have existed beforehand but they are coming back to look at it. They had replaced rotted boards and fixed some leaking from the gutters by replacing them. They're responsive, there is a lot of phone tag but they always call back. But in today's world things are different than what they were long time ago. They were on top of it. They came when they said they were going to. They worked right thru and they worked hard. We never got another estimate from anyone else we just went with them."

They did not try to upsell or give me work that wasn't necessary, but offered their opinions for the most sensible plan, based on the situation. The work they did was very well done, even added a piece to my gutter to keep the water off of the fascia. They cleaned up the work area beautifully. "The estimate scheduling went very well. On time, friendly, and took the time to explain the work that needed to be done. I was given an estimate via email, and told to respond via email if I wanted to move forward with the estimate. So I did so, and then....nothing. For about a week, no response. It took me calling and asking about the estimate status for them to schedule the repair. They performed the work shortly after. I'm not a roofing expert so I can't comment on the craftsmanship, but it looks very fixed to me. I also didn't take the time to shop estimates around so I can't comment on the price. I might use them again, but I would definitely shop around if I had a larger project. Something to note is that they charge a fee for credit cards."
