"Within a day or two of our inquiry, owner/manager Kyle Hodges was here to evaluate our problem and give an estimate for the work he discussed with us. Although we live in a townhouse, the record-breaking Maryland rainfall and the slant of the front lawn toward our foundation had caused serious water build up at our foundation and threat to overflow into the basement.. For several weeks we had been bailing rainwater round the clock from the trench that had formed at the front of our home and using dozens of paper towel rolls to absorb water. Kyle saw the seriousness of the problem, brought his co-worker Matt who would do the work to help plan their project and scheduled a date. Matt was excellent and very thorough. We had been thinking about what to do for several years and kept speaking with contractors who were more interested in selling us what they wanted rather than what we wanted or needed. The steps out the door are wide and look great. "Last year my husband and I had a new home built. Although we had a deck installed at build, there was no real outside space for entertaining. When Steve from Remodel Max showed up at our door it was perfect timing. We went over all of the options and discussed our wish list. We opted to create a screen room out of the deck and add a paver patio. It was early January when they started the projects so there were considerable delays caused by the weather.
