"In November 2024, I signed a contract for bathroom work to replace the tub, shower walls, fixtures, install a glass piece and floor. Where upon I gave a 1/3 deposit. The contract stated that work was to begin on January 6,2025. It did not start till February 19th, but was not notified till I called to confirm the start the date was on schedule. I gave another 1/3 payment when work started on the 19th. Work was completed except for the glass piece where upon I gave a final payment of 1/3, minus $500 for glass and rod installation, and finish trim around shower walls. After inspection of the job, I found it to be very unsatisfactory, plus several damages to my walls, woodwork and stains on carpets. I made several attempts from February-May to contact Bath Flip to get work completed and got no response. The glass piece was finally installed in April. So here it is 6 months later, and my bathroom work is still not completed. I have spent hours cleaning and patching walls. "

We had built a custom colonial 4 years ago. Flagg matched all of the custom materials and workmanship. He even went out of his way to use the same custom materials and supplier as our original builder, whom we loved. We also challenged Keith to match the custom first floor stair case in our basement. He relished the challenged and really aced it with very impressive craftsmanship. Leaves the job area immaculate after each, and often long, work days. "Hired through Home Depot to install central heat pump. The work was completed and the system is running well. The techs did a good job and were polite and cleaned up after themselves. However: - I specifically purchased the Elite version of the heat pump, which the salesperson told me met the new standards for energy rebates. It now appears that it does not. Net loss of about $2600. - Some of the fins/radiator inside the condenser housing were damaged before the install was even finished (off the truck?). I asked the techs if it was a problem, but was probably too wishy washy about it (and wanted it installed because of a heat wave coming) so I didn't demand a replacement or promise that it would be covered if there was a problem. It didn't leak, so maybe OK? - Since we had two HD credit cards already, I asked if we could split the cost between them and get the 24-months interest free programs, and was told it would be fine (have the confirmation in writing). The techs even had to connect with someone at the office to make sure it went right. It didn't. They ended up being 6-months plans. I emailed about getting them switched several times and each time the request would get forwarded to our salesperson, who never responded. Eventually we had to get another loan with a high interest rate, and it will cost us about $1200 in interest. Is the pump worth $3800 more than we were planning on? Maybe. We'll see when winter kicks in. Certainly we'll never recoup the cost in our lifetime, but there were many reasons we purchased. Mixed experience. Was happy with the process until the end, when it's too late to do anything about it. But we have a functioning system. I think we're supposed to have a year of service as well, but I've received no information about it. Hoping nothing goes wrong. If you are big on attention to detail, follow up, and after sale customer service, be careful."

"Honeycomb helped save our house. As they were replacing our deck, they discovered rot and quickly removed and replaced all the bad material. They also discovered that we had a termite infestation. The issue was in the structure of the house. They assured us everything would be fine and efficiently dispatched all the rot and talked us through next steps with detailed recommendations, involving other contractors. The additional charge to remove the rot was minimal and I would have gladly paid 10x for the security of having a safe house. And just look at how beautifully it turned out. The photos really don't do it justice, when you get to sit out there enjoying a coffee in the morning or actually having a family gathering. It is such a game changer meeting space. Also, and it might seem like a little thing, but its the details that matter. It was really hard for me to get on my deck as a physically handicapped person. Taylor made it easy for me to go outside alone. I love you guys 11/10"
