"Very disappointed. We asked for triple pane windows, and someone on their end ordered double pane. Luckily we noticed day of installation, and they had to re-order the proper ones we signed for. Finally the group of installers who came did a horrible job. Trash, insulation, and broken glass on our front lawn. Horribly cut wood trim that we had to redo ourselves. Poor sealing that we need to redo. Our hopper window was misaligned and couldn't close. The hinge arm on our casement window has detached from the channel. Communication is spotty from them, and sometimes we don't get an answer by call or text until we message repeatedly. It took over a year to have our project done from contract signing to end, and there are still issues cropping up. Out of the dozen of contractors we've hired the past year and a half, they have been the most disappointing and for what we paid, the quality of work was truly disappointing."

"The "What work did you need done" categories does not apply. Roofing was not an option. After many delays for weather, the crew arrived on a sunny but windy day. The four man crew worked very fast to strip the old roof and get the new one one. What was initially expected to be a 2 or 3 day job was done in one day. The roof looks good and so far no leaks (haven't had any real rain since, just a bit of snow). The large pieces of the old roofing were picked up and the pallets were gone. I picked up several dozen nails from my driveway and after seeing the number of nails on the lawn I ended up purchasing a magnetic sweeper and picked up several hundred nails, some staple sticks and a beer bottle cap. I also cleaned up several cigarette buts from the lawn and driveway."

"Two stars because the work was eventually finished, but they left work partially completed with a dormer exposed to rain for several weeks. They also sent a finished work certification before the work was done to ask me to certify that it was complete. The owner discounted the work slightly, but it was a bad experience that delayed the house renovation and I do not recommend this contractor to others"
