"we retained this professional thru Angi's list, so glad we did. He initially came to give his professional opinion on what work needed to be done, proceeded to tell me exactly what parts to order, then when the parts came in, he returned to complete the repair. He was professional and cordial. Will definitely use his services again."

"Gilberto was professional and quick to schedule and fix door. He arrived on time, was an excellent communicator, and fixed the external door that wouldn’t close. Would definitely recommend and will hire for future projects! Thank you, Gilberto!!"

"Pat was very responsive, competitively priced and came with tons of experience. I hired him to replace an exterior door that had been damaged by the rain. He recommended an excellent door company, worked with them to build a door to our specs, painted it and stored it in his garage until the rain stopped, removed and disposed of the old door and installed the new one. Iâ  ve hired him again to install an awning over the door and weâ  re talking about starting to replace some of our windows. Iâ  m excited to work with him for years to come!"

"I highly recommend Josh Matus from SC Home Repair. We needed to have a ceiling replaced in a closet after it was damaged by water. The plumber who originally fixed the leak cut out the ceiling to fix the leak, but was not able to reinstall it. We hired Josh to replace the ceiling. He did an excellent job. He was punctual and polite, and kept me looped in on the entire project. He got my sign-off on all of his decisions and ran pricing by me when he needed to buy supplies. He knew exactly what he was doing. Josh finished the job quickly in two days and did excellent work while paying attention to detail. I would certainly hire him again!"

"I had an exterior wall of siding that was rotten from the prior owners allowing a vine to grow too close to the house - it was actually fully up into the walls and coming out of the outlets. Armando was quick to respond and was able to get someone out within a few days since I had painters coming. The work was done well, all the rotten wood replaced and new siding put on. Would recommend and use again in the future."

"Jessy and his team are hard-working, trustworthy, and extremely knowledgeable. They did so many different projects. Cleaning out the attic: re-routing the wires, installing bathroom fan vents, replacing filthy insulation, installing light. Installing a French drain in a horseshoe pattern going all around the house and out to the street (tested with heavy rain and it works GREAT). Mounted mirrors, medicine cabinets, shelving and it was always level. Repaired the leaking pipes under my house and hooked up water to the refrigerator ice maker. I got price estimates for some of these projects from people like â Attic Specialistsâ and the price from others was double."

"We found McCormick home builders through Angie’s list. They were not one of our original contacts, but they contacted us and came out to give us a quote. Matteo was extremely helpful, informative, honest, and gave us reasonable realistic prices, and did not try to inflate the prices or pressure us in anyway. We felt very comfortable with him immediately. We felt like he was a member of the family that we could just talk to and ask questions he was very personable. He gave us his contact number in case we had other questions and he was always available when we needed him for any type of questions or concerns. Mateo‘s team did a beautiful job. They were fast. They were efficient. They cleaned up beautifully. They did a wonderful job. They were very considerate of our time our needs and our neighbors. They were an absolute pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Matteo from McCormick home builders for any home building projects, and we will be calling him again in the future!"

"Enrique Pelayos did a great job refurbishing our cat tower. We've had the tall tower for years and its like a family heirloom for all our cats. The job was more difficult because we wanted a high-traffic, tough to shred, carpet put on it. Enrique did a beautiful job and it looks like it is brand new. The cats love it and are going crazy scampering up and down the tower."

"I found Eamonn on this site. He came to the house and made useful suggestions for the remodelling (part removal of two walls to make more open plan between kitchen and dining room). Eamon uses local contractors for work he cannot do himself and they were all very good at their jobs. He has worked with these subs for a long time and knows their work. He co-ordinated throughout and everything ran smoothly just as if they all worked as part of Ashfield Construction. He paid great attention to detail and worked hard with protective measure to minimise dust etc during the remodel. When it was finished, it was better that my wife and I had hoped for and you would think it had always looked that way. I would absolutely recommend using his services and will not go anywhere else from now on."

"The team was amazing! We had an old deck in our backyard and we hired Palm Construction to replace and extend it and they did a great work! The job was done in less than 2 weeks, Communication was great, they cared about the backyard and plants and we are so happy itâ s all ready just before summer. Highly recommended!!"
