Owner Dave Gilbert was happy to work with us In spite of the distance his crew needed to travel. We count ourselves lucky that he agreed to take on this job. He clearly laid out options (hardwood, engineered hardwood, vinyl plank, carpet), provided suggestions, but left the decisions up to us. (We chose engineered hardwood downstairs and vinyl plank upstairs.) He made an effort to get the materials as soon as possible, since we had a deadline to vacate our temporary quarters.
