The problem lied behind the drywall and Al told me what work was needed to investigate the issue and repair it. He walked me through the process and quoted me a fair cost for the job. During our first meeting for an estimate, Sylvain listened to my "wish list" to upgrade my older, patio room enclosure and told me he could provide what I wanted. Sylvain did an excellent job on my patio room with new exterior siding and interior drywall, a new door and 3 new energy saving windows. New insulation was also installed. Sylvain also installed an energy saving, through the wall, AC unit and 2 new ceiling fans which I had purchased.
