"I had a small roof leak. I got a few estimates, Excaliber was the lowest although they had a disclaimer that the bill could be higher if they found wood rot. They did find a small amount and there was a small extra charge but I think it was fair. I would definitely use them again after some bad past experiences with roofers, it's nice to find an honest and professional company."

I contacted the hometown restoration team over the phone, and they showed responsiveness and interest to provide us with an excellent job. He promised to return in a week to give me a presentation and a quote after my initial consultation. I was blown away when Luis returned a week later! He offered a PowerPoint presentation and explained the full details of our roof, which needed to be fixed together with their roofing licensing. After presenting the whole process clearly, I got confident to work with them. I hired their service, and the price was cheaper than the other firms in the area. They are very professional and know how to keep roofs in good shape during storms or high winds. Highly recommended hometown restoration for a greater experience!"

"From the first phone call to the office to get an estimate, to when the estimator came out to bid the job, to when the Forman came out to confirm the work that needed to be done, to the first day the crew showed up to start the job the process was professional and smooth. I would not only recommend Foothill Painting, I would use them again! I was very happy with the attention to detail and the good job Foothill Painting did. The preparation, patching and paint job was done well and the stucco repair matched the existing stucco real well. The Forman took his time to help us and make sure we choose the right colors for the house. It is apparent these guys take pride in their job! (rare these days) As with any large job there will be things you notice a week or two later that need to be touched up. All it took was a phone call to the office and one of the original crew members came out to take care of every request. "I had Ocean Seven Builders replace a roof on my primary residence along with a rental property of mine. They knocked out the work at my house in one day and were done by 1pm on the rental property. They were prompt and showed up first thing in the morning and did a lot of prep work to make sure there wasn't any debris falling on my deck table or in my air conditioner. They contacted me once during the day to confirm the color of two vents. I stopped by at lunch and they answered all questions, etc. When I came home in the evening from work they were leaving and they did not leave any trash, nails, etc at all. The roof looks great after the work was completed. I would hire them again."
