"It took approx. 2.5 hours. He was very careful not to track dirt in from outside. He sprayed the carpet with solution and used a rotary cleaning machine to work it into carpet and suck out the solution. We have a young dog so there was urine spots plus the tracked in soil from our busy family & visitors. The carpet was moderately dirty and Mr. Tober did an outstanding job of removing all that we could see. The carpet was left soft and only damp with a pleasant, subtle scent. The carpet dried completely within 24 hours. We could not be happier with the result. He placed plastic pads under all the furniture legs when he was done. <br /> We have used two of the "heavily advertised" carpet cleaners in the past....the result for both was unsatisfactory. "My original home is over 100 years old and we have done 3 major additions to it over the 40+ years we have lived here. We wanted the structural work done for the good of the house and outbuildings. We wanted the siding to both make the house look like one completed building and also to make it weather tight. Ed was super to work with. He listened closely the several times we met before i received the detailed bid. He was great in the creative and planning process. He came up with several ways to achieve what i wanted. He explained how he would install the windows to both be very attractive and weather tight. He was patient with decisions. He was willing to hold various types of siding in place so i could get a real idea of how the different options would work. His eye for detail is amazing and his desire for perfection is evident. The woodwork Ed did on the inside framing of the windows is beautiful. He has worked harder than any previous builder to be sure i was happy with the end result. On a day to day basis, Ed and his workers were professional and easy to "live with". They were always sensitive to avoiding more upheaval than necessary for such a long project. They cleaned up every night and left the place as neat as possible. They always informed me of their arrivals for the next day and of any delays. I would definitely recommend Northwest Tile and Interiors for any of this type of work."
