"This project started as grading my yard, but Bud listened to what I was wanting to accomplish and was able to provide additional services including building a fence for my yard. I had four companies come out to provide a quote. Only two companies actually submitted a quote. There was over $1,000 difference between the two quotes. I will turn to BMG Services LLC for all of my future needs and can not give enough praise for the work done!!!!!"

"Larry did a wonderful job with the repair. He worked around my unexpected trip out of town when scheduling the work. He was very prompt and professional while doing the repair and answered any questions I had. The work area was left very tidy at the end of each work day. Overall, Larry was pleasure to work with."

"We hired them to reinforce the foundation where a few years before some tunnels had been dug through the soil under the footings to put in some new pipes. This is an old brick house and the footings are several widths of brick laid directly on the soil, not concrete. The reinforcement is to pour some concrete walls under the footings to support them and to stabilize the soil walls of the tunnels. They also poured concrete to stabilize another area where soil had been eroding under the footing. We also had them remove an unused brick planter next to the wall. The estimator, Lance Heimes, did a very thorough study of the area and then carefully described to us the recommended work. Because of his attention to detail and good explanations I had a lot of confidence in his recommendations. The work went smoothly and looks good upon completion. The weak point with this company was communication. I had to call them up to find out when the work was scheduled, and even then we were never sure when the workers would show up. They also sent me the final invoice for the work when the work was only about half-done, rather than upon "substantial completion" as provided in the contract. They did finish the work a day or two later, so it worked out OK, although for a while I was worried that they had forgotten to finish the work."

"Rudy was great to work with. He explained (in detail) the method in which they were going to prep and pour my patio. He left color samples for us to look over. Wow, I never knew concrete had so many shades and colors. On the first day, the first crew was here before 7am. They leveled, laid the re-bar, drilled the caissons and put up the forms. On the second day the second crew (one crew does the re-bar and forms and another does the actual pour) poured and stamped the concrete patio. They were done around noon. The second crew was very patient and helpful. I had an idea of how I wanted the stamp pattern done. I am very glad the second crew took the time to it explain why that was a bad idea. They did a great job! I was very excited when I saw how well the finished pattern turned out. The concrete cured for about two days before they pressured washed the form release off the patio. The next day the applied the sealer. I only had a couple of issues. One was I was told they would pump the concrete to the back of the house. This was so they would not have to push the wheelbarrows over my flagstone walkway. Well there was no pump. Thankfully, the walkway was not damaged. The other issue was with the way the sealer got applied. It took a few tries to get it right. They were very responsive and handled it quickly. Rudy even came out personally to touch-up few spots. We have been enjoying the wonderful patio all summer."

"Jay did a great job on our projects which were a large concrete patio, a large concrete platform for a garden shed, and a small platform for garbage cans. He had good suggestions about handling the slope of our back and side yards. He and his crew were always punctual in showing up. The crew worked hard and did a great job. After we get our garden shed set up, we want them back to put in a concrete walkway from the driveway, through the gate, and to the backyard. I would highly recommend using them. We thought their prices were very reasonable."

"My job was done in three steps, The first call (which I would give a grade of A) was scheduled within a week of my call. The handymen who came were professional and knowledgeable, I then needed additional work done, which had to be rescheduled two times. Again, the handyman was extremely good. The communication with the office was not great for this second part of the job, so I would give this part a C. The last part was the hauling away of materials. I was told by the handyman that they would be hauled away by a pickup truck, or a flatbed, depending on the size needed for the haul. Someone showed up to haul away the materials with a VAN?! When I asked about a pickup or a flatbed, he said his van could hold as much as they could (clearly not true). Because he was using a van, he had to haul in 3 loads, which cost more. It also took him longer because of the repeat trips, which again cost me more. And I was not given an invoice at the time of the job, so had to request one (this last part of the job receives an F from me). I feel as if I got such prompt service/attention for the first call to "get me reeled in", then I became low priority because the first part of the job was done by them, and they didn't have to give my work any priority. And the last part was just WRONG. I want to be clear that the handymen who actually worked on my deck were excellent. But the person who came to haul away materials, and the office help was not. I will not use again, and would discourage anyone from using."
