He really listened and seemed to understand what I wanted. I wanted to re-use the panels but put them back "right". He worked with someone else and got it done in record time. He wanted me to choose the hardware for the gate, but I let him pick it, and he exceeded my expectation. We had a snow storm a few days prior to work and I figured that would delay the whole project - but it didn't and he and his partner worked with my odd requests and specifications and old fence panels without complaint or issue, and finished the job the next day. I figured it would take a week. I'm very pleased with the results."
