"They care! They stopped by to address a hot water heater on the blink but the weather was brutally cold and Mikey saw me working on the boiler… After addressing a plan to convert to tankless, he helped me make the decision to switch to a tankless combi solution. Very happy how the team took the time to complete the job timely. I will use them for other projects for sure"

"installed a new vapor sensor ,water heater started right up"

"Service Tech Ed DeMore, who had originally installed our tankless water heater, responded and realised the unit had to be reset and recalibrated after an error message caused the unit to stop and not restart during the snowstorm of last Monday. He had us up and running in just a short amount of time. Eddie is an excellent and knowledgable employee with a great attitude. He is very pleasant and we hope A. J. Perry realises what a great asset they have in Ed."

"This was probably my best experience on Angie's List. I woke up and noticed there was no hot water in the house. Went to the basement and noticed the hot water heater was leaking. I called up Advanced Professional Plumbing, told them what was going on and gave them the specs of the hot water heater. 20 minutes later a technician showed up (a very nice guy named Joey). He inspected everything and showed us the cause of the issue. He gave us a few options on what to do and we decided to replace the 75 gallon hot water heater. Within an hour, Joey came back with Sam and they replaced the old water heater with a new one. They were both professional and got the old hot water heater without making a mess and replaced with a new one. After the job was done, Joey tested all the bathrooms out to make sure the pressure was good and we paid and they were on their way. They were fast, efficient, explained everything and it was a great price. You really can't beat that. Your hot water heater breaks down on a Saturday you are not expecting hot water for the rest of the weekend but Advanced Professional Plumbing delivered. I appreciated the office following with me to make sure everything went. Just an overall class business."

"Service person was honest about the problem and gave us several options on the repair. I would definitely use them again."

"Water heater replacement, Elvis was great worked quick and safe price was reasonable, I will definitely only hire them moving forward."
