"The job had many problems, esp because the 14,000 BTU unit (that had to be removed) had been "permanently" installed >40 yrs ago. Jose lived up to his mantra of "never stop trying". I'm sure other workers would have thrown their hands in the air and given up. He cleaned up better than we ever could have. A pretty strong and knowledgeable professional. Highly recommended!"

"Not well as it should have, either with their organization or with the installations. Poor communications within their company meant they sent a crew here for a few hours not knowing what to do or equipped to do it. Had to reschedule for another date. Maybe they are fine with new fixtures in new homes, but we have an older house (1900) and wanted to install older fixtures to match. A few of these fixtures needed some basic, easy to obtain parts. One of the electricians in the crew knew what he was doing, but another was clearly uncomfortable with the older fixtures and ultimately unable to install two of them. They did honor their price quote, and show up on the date(s) they said, albeit a little late, and most of their work was OK. But communications with the company and some of the work did not inspire confidence."

"Luis and his helper did a wonderful job putting together and installing both vanity and over toilet storage cabinet. They did a great job repairing ceiling and painting it. They also did a great job installing new light fixture in bathroom. They cleaned up area nicely after they were done. I will definitely use him again!"

I was called earlier in the day to confirm our appointment. Lorenzo was on time and started working immediately after he took a look at what was needed to be done. He was very courteous, friendly and paid close attention to detail. Lorenzo protected the floors with mats to ensure that the cleaner and sealer would not drip onto the kitchen floor. After he was done, my counter tops looked the same as the day they were installed. He also answered any questions that I had regarding the continued maintenance for my granite counter tops. They installed a brand new furnace and the job was immaculately done. they came to do the job when promised and finished in a timely fashion. The owner, himself, stayed at the job site after installation to make sure the equipment function good. they also call back after certain time to make sure that everything was good with the system. This is a company that do the job and do not disappear. They care about their customers. I recommend them and will keep using them."
