Jeh Johnson and his partner Tracy Herod have worked diligently to execute the itemized proposal that began this project to rehab, restore, and rebuild my home at 607 Wilmington ave. St. Louis MO 63111. An incredible number of tradesmen and tradeswomen have done their individual tasks all on a schedule professionally overseen by Jeh. These liscensed and masters of their trades worked alongside Jeh who if necessary stepped in and aided e these individuals. His overall expertise has brought my home to this point. One must keep in mind that a burnout like my home is an unusal job for Ethos Buildig Group LLc to accept. Yet at every stage my home has been given the same careful and thorough attention as their larger jobs. And despite some push back with my insurance company every thing has proceeded smoothly and orderly manner given the inevitable supply chain delays. Jeh Johnson is an affable young man who has facilitated all phases my prject and has even taken time to educate me on all the intricacies involved in a project such as mine. "Finding someone trustworthy that does a great job with great customer service is hard to do. When the project is expensive it makes it more nerve wracking to decide who to go with. If you are lucky enough to find someone that checks those boxes, they become your go to people for your projects and as well as who you recommend. A few years ago I had Hoffman replace my driveway and was completely happy with their service from initial contact to completion. Years later I’m still completely satisfied with my decision to use them. Recently I decided to pour a shed pad and replace an old back patio. There wasn’t a doubt in my mind on who I should call. Like last time the entire experience was top notch. Jessica is amazing to work with from the start and is very friendly and communicative. The owner Mark really cares about the quality of work and clearly appreciates your business. His son, who runs the concrete crew, is also awesome to work with and really cares about a customer-first approach and performing quality jobs. The rest of the crew is also very engaging and respectful and performs high quality work. If you or someone you know is looking for concrete work I cannot recommend them enough. I have a high expectation for work done at my house and they exceed those expectations. You cannot go wrong giving them a call and having them perform the work. "Premier 1 Properties completed a major remodel in a little over 4 mos. It was a big job that included removing walls, reducing a fireplace, installation of new windows, doors, removing a bump out window, installing semi custom cabinetry in a completely remodeled kitchen, installation of semi custom cabinets and all appliances. Demo and rebuilt a new larger walk in pantry, installed custom designed hollow tube stair rail, all new light fixtures and recessed lighting in all spaces including hallway. Complete remodel of master bath and hall bath update. Installed new tile in kitchen and bathroom, new fireplace and stone, new vinyl tile floors in bathrooms, refinished hardwood flooring on main floor and installed and stained new stir treads. Installed new freestanding tub and glass shower enclosure, new casement around windows and floor trim. Installed a sliding door and vinyl siding on back side of house. Considering how big the job was, this team did a great job in a pretty timely manner. Eric is extremely consciences of details and I very much appreciate it. The job wasn't without hiccups but that's to be expected. All in all it went very well and we're very happy with the cost we paid and the beautiful outcome we achieved. I'm sure we'll use Premiere 1 Properties again in the future. We would recommend them to others."
