On both visits, Nick Wegner, owner, was present to tell his crew what was required and have them start on the project. Nick initially went into our attic and installed 8 lag type bolts into the perpendicular ceiling joists. The drywall replacement was excellent. My wife and I could not tell where the new drywall started, matching perfectly to the existing drywall. The bathroom fan hood onto the roof and subsequent replacement and hook-up of the fan insulated pipe went well per Nick, but I did not climb on the roof to inspect. Nick did point out that I have some nails popping up out of the shingles and suggested they be pounded back in and then caulked over. I did not rate price as I had no other comparison, but $1,165 seems reasonable and fair."
