"We had a collapsed sewer pipe, with a flooded basement and busted water heater! Another plumber came out and gave an estimate on a sewer lining, another company gouged us on cleaning out the sludge from the basement! We called around for a second opinion and got ahold of Curtis, who it turned out I had already spoken to multiple times while trying to get the first plumber out to us. He recommended a full replacement of our sewer line and it was cheaper than the lining and his reasons were sound. Next day we finally were able to run water down our drains (never underestimate your toilet!), next day our yard was filled like it never happened (besides having no grass), next day we got our new water heater (with 10% discount) and I'm getting ready for a hot shower. Over time, the slow leaks in several places resulted in damage to a room. They were small leaks, but the major problem was that they have planton, or wall guard, that collects the water and drives it down into the drain. They did not put this up high enough, so it drips, but they are going to put planton across the entire wall to fix this. They have also arranged for a contractor to help repair the damages to the room.

The subsequent repairs to the wall guard failed to address the leakage.

Jack, the owner of PermaDry, came out to look at the installation of the wall guard and drainage system, and he determined that there were problems that had not been anticipated that had blocked proper drainage and so caused the seepage. He authorized three of his best men to rebuild the entire system at PermaDry's expense. Their work and clean-up were excellent. Aaron, the project manager, suggested that we allow some time for observation, just to be sure that all problems were resolved. To date, the system is keeping my basement dry and the humidity in line with the rest of the house.

I wasn't sure how PermaDry would honor their warrantee, whether they guaranteed the system that they installed or only the resilience of their wall guard. I happy to say that they take pride in their work and warrantee.

"Great Service!!! I had a clog in my main sewer line. Called around 7am and was able to schedule an estimate same day. Got a call back from Andrew and was able to have them come in sooner, which was awesome! Plumbers David & Chris was courteous, friendly and professional. They were able to fix my issue swiftly and jet the roots out as well. I love the fact that they made sure that everything was working correctly before leaving, to ensure the issue has been resolved. They even ran a camera down my sewer line to insure me all the roots were gone, got a video as well. I had the same issue previously and called another company. I had to call them twice because they did not resolve the issue on both times out here. Hagee Plumbing fixed it.

"Thorough site visit for quote. Very responsive to questions and changes in options and revised quotes. G&S provided our lowest quote, but it was still more than we expected, thus a Good rating on price instead of Excellent. I think the quote for the additional duct work was high. The survey before installation was also thorough and I was able to have a say in the electrical and the return air duct design. A great crew of five or more showed up for the main day of installation. Two worked on additional ducting, an electrician, a couple on the outside unit, and one or more on the garage gas furnace and A/C coils. I was not able to watch all the installation work and I was surprised at how the outside unit was oriented. However, when I requested it to be re-worked, they didn't hesitate at all and I was pleased with the result. Because of the responsiveness and resolution, they earned excellent quality and professionalism ratings."
