"Overall the door is great. They showed up on time and got the job done in one day. They also installed my garage door opener that's been in a box for 12 years and made it functional. My only complaint is it really wasn't completed. They had a hard time getting the finishing trim to line up properly and really didn't put in any effort to do it. So they left me the trim to figure it out myself. The one piece has multiple nail holes from the first attempt that I will have to patch. He kept getting calls from his next appointment and I got the feeling he was rushing so he could get to her. Also the door does not go flush to the ground. I was told that they adjusted it the best they could but it still sits about an inch from the ground. Was told I would need concrete work to level it. Don't really understand because my old decrepit door sat perfect on the ground. So I have a few projects to research and complete myself to finish the install. This why I'm only giving 3 stars."
