Presell guy Austin O'Malley was very professional, answered all my questions and helped me compare apples/apples on three proposals. Paul's crew was on time, did first class work, spared our extensive landscaping and finished the job in two days. Price quoted was price charged and paid. "A Breath of Fresh Air! Today homeowners must be very careful when choosing a contractor. For most of us, we are taking a gamble every time we hire someone to work on our homes. This feeling is justified when we hear about friends and neighbors who had bad experiences with contractors and referrals that do not always work out. However, I want you to know that Real Exteriors is a sure bet! From the time I contacted Real Exteriors to the end of my project, I was more than impressed with their professionalism. Joe, the general contractor who worked on my house was more than accommodating and most importantly, he was honest! Before contacting Real Exteriors, I interviewed two other contractors. I wanted to install trim around my two large windows in the front of the house and two smaller windows on both sides. "Mitch, owner of M&M Roofing, came over the same afternoon that I had messaged Angi. I told him what I wanted repaired on my wood decks He quoted me a price 1st on what I wanted done, and then quoted me another price on the work that SHOULD be done. His advice only confirmed what I had already had debated on repairing. He also pointed out some areas of repair I hadn't noticed or was even cognoscente about, such as rotting wood that was out of my sight but not his.
