"It could not have gone better. They knew exactly how to get an oversized sofa out of my small apartment and down 4 flights of stairs. They were fast and highly professional. They had to improvise a few times because the halls and doors were not wide enough and they didn't scratch the walls or floors doing it."

"Cleaned out the main sewer even though it didn't need cleaning. What was supposed be cleaned was the catch basin. Crew came over could not open the lid, told me that it would be up to me to open it. Then they would com back. You would think that they would how all the tools and no how to open any and all catch basin. They never called me back or followed up with me. I will never ever use them again. Very disappointed."

"I am not sure that I go what I wanted. My basement floor is unfinished, and it has a crack in it, so I assumed they  would repair it like the way they repair a crack in a wall, and they didn't. They poured in a crack filler, which runs about 13 Dollars at Home Depot. I don't think it was worth 149 Dollars for a crack filler, and he was here less than 20 minutes. The crack has been filled, but it wasn't what I wanted, and before he did that, he said he would look at the basement and there were 3 cracks but he offered to repair the one on the floor. He could have chosen to repair the crack in the wall for 149 Dollars."
