And FAST?!! It only took them 2 days and there's not a screw or nail showing anywhere !! "I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. "Lee arrived on time, worked quickly and left no mess at all.  I was not aware the damper did not fully open: he fixed it so the damper would open fully and close, and added a new access chain at no extra charge. He completed the work in about one hour or less.  I expected to wait to get the appointment, but he was able to do it the next day at a time convenient for me, on a Saturday no less. 
I feel the price was right and am relieved to finally have a chimney cap that will keep rain and animals out as well as a clean and functional damper.   When you see how dirty a chimney sweep can get while on the job, the value of this service to a homeowner is more apparent!

"I was told I needed a new roof by a few different companies and when Roofman came out and inspected the roof, he inspected the roof and told me it was good for another 3 years and it did not need replacement. I had one shingle tear back and had it repaired and the other companies told me I needed a new roof and the quotes were over $10,000 for a 10 year warranty. But Roofman was honest and gave me a quote a two thousand less and told me I did not need a new roof. I am so happy that there are still honest people out there. This also gives me a few years to save for a new one. I would definitely hire them knowing that if they are honest enough to tell me the truth about needing a roof then they certainly will hold up their word on the workmanship . Thanks Roofman!"
