"The job, carpet removed, new floor installed in dining room and hall, took one day, which was the time the vendor estimated. The vendor arrived on time with two other workers. The job was completed with careful attention to detail and looks beautiful. Workers were very polite. They tried to inconvenience me as little as possible, because my space is not large. Clean-up was thorough. The price paid was fair. Note: they do not take credit cards. The business owner was very pleasant and concerned with my satisfaction. I would definitely use this vendor again and plan to. I highly recommend his services."

He gave us a very fair price on the labor for that, and in fact was able to get us a beautiful and custom made vanity and top. The workmanship is top notch and all the men in the crew are very personable. Caesar not only listens, but he readily ask you questions as to your input on how things be done to your liking. The stairs and powder room turned out beautiful. We've already told Caesar that his services for another project will be needed in the fall."

"The painters were professional, on time, and respectful! They painted the entire interior including the closets, and followed directions to the letter! They also installed 6 can lights (12 total) in 2 rooms. They left ABSOLUTELY NO MESS behind, and they reinstalled shelving that they took down. I would highly recommend them, their work is impeccable. We plan to do a bathroom remodel soon, and will hire this company to do the work."

"Just got done with a Kitchen Remodel with Biango Construction – and it was GREAT! Nick Biango and his team were skilled, professional, on-time, clean and did beautiful work. The cabinets they built are top of the line – and are as good as if not better than the Thomasville cabinets I have in my dining room and Thomasville built-in bookcases in my home office. If you don’t believe me, I have another testimonial from the village inspector. Nick Biango also built a deck for me last year (that was why I was so confident with having him back for the kitchen remodel) and when the inspector looked at my deck, he commented on the beautiful job and asked for the name of the contractor as he had some work he needed done and he appreciates best quality workmanship – high praise from someone whose job it is to approve work on building permits. They tore out and replaced everything inside, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and even the old, out of code wall studs that were discovered when the walls were taken out. They replaced all doors and windows as well to give a seamless look inside and out. They also added needed accessibility features. Outside, Imperial 1 replaced siding on the back porch and garage, replaced the garage roof, replaced a sagging sidewalk, and cleaned up the exterior bricks. They worked with our lender's consultant, appraisers, inspectors and the village building department to give us a beautiful new home on time and within budget. "We hired Cosmic to redo our upstairs, secondary bathroom. They were wonderful from the consultation to the finish date. The team is punctual, respectful, skilled and efficient. Demo day was fun to watch, as the whole crew comes in and within what felt like two hours had it down to the drywall/studs. They haul away all debris, which was nice not to have a dumpster for this project. Communication is awesome with the team also, and always checked in with the design and layout before making final moves. Wonderful and have used them for 3 projects and will use them for any projects in the future!"
