NL procured the appliance I needed, arrived per scheduled, installed and tested it professionally, cleaned the installation area better than he found it, and gave maintenance guidance, all at a quoted ethical price that was less than any of those who so ventured to even quote a price. Needless to say, my experience was far better than hoped for, considering the number of nationwide telephone callers, most of whom knew nothing of what I needed, despite my indicating such in my initial request for service.
