"First the salesman lied about the windows. I called Champion about outside noise. the salesman Mike came to my house and I took him to 3 rooms and he heard the outside noise when standing in front of the windows. I had triple pane windows he said that the windows were not good and that with Champion windows I would barely hear any noise. I had 2 windows side by side and he said that if I get a slider that it would also reduce the noise. He gave me a price of over $5,000.00 for three windows. I said that if the windows would reduce the noise to that level then put them in. After the windows were installed the noise level was worst that before the windows were installed. I have been trying to get my money back since January 2024 it is now December 2024. They keep saying that they are sorry about this but they have not gave me my money back. I am a senior citizen and do not have money to give this company and not get what was promised . Do not do buy windows from this company."

" Juan Carlos was the General Contractor for all of my exterior work - replaced 22 windows siding , gutters our home with DEEP OCEAN pre-colored James Hardie fiber cement plank siding and white trim board. The house look like new and we are very happy with the result .The entire experience from estimate to final inspection was a great crew did an outstanding job . I can highly recommend Pro hoe Exteriors to anyone, Our experience with JC. was terrific. When he came out to give an estimate, he listened to what we wanted and matched it to what he could do. No pressure, no hype, more like I was having a friend do the work. He was on site every day making sure our experience was a good one.
