"This was absolutely the best exterior home painting job I ve ever seen. Dimitri and his two assistants were very skilled, thorough, and professional. Their attention to detail was extraordinary. Everything was power washed before hand, even the roof. All appropriate places were caulked, many that had not been done by the builder eleven years ago. A number of deteriorated boards were also replaced due to water damage. The painting and trimming didn t miss anything, and the house looks beautiful! Maybe even better than when it was first built. We are extremely grateful."

"The home looks new and craftsmanship was great. The thing that stood out for us was the customer service and crew that worked on our home. The office staff were very response during the bidding process and through the project. I was emailed a response in less than 24 hours for every question I had, and I never felt like I couldn't ask even small detail questions. The crew on site were professional, showed up every morning at 8am six days a week until the project was completed which differed from other contractors we have had that often were working multiple parallel jobs and weren't consistent. The crew was extremely friendly even my neighbors commented that they thought the crew was great. The project manager was always super helpful. We had several discovered work items and things I wanted to tweak. Perdue Builders always said yes and didn't make me feel like I was annoying them with the change requests or when I asked about fine details. I also appreciated that the crew took care of all the details such as reattaching new lights, accessories, painting to few areas that weren't replaced to match so that there wasn't follow up work for me to do. Overall great value, team, and love the results."

"Working with this company was an excellent experience. From the beginning, Scott was so easy to work with and you can tell he really believes in the company's abilities and quality of work. This was a big exterior project - removal of all the old wood siding, building out new window trim and sills, fixing up some fascia boards, new Hardie siding all around, painting the entire house, and also cedar accents on the porch. Chris and Diego were here early every day (weather permitting) and are really nice and courteous guys.
