As he pointed out that all of the wood trim around the windows and door on that end of the house were rotted, he explained ahead of time the possibilities he might uncover in removing the decayed wood. He clearly and thoroughly understood the scope of the project(s). Fortunately, underlying structures, vapor barrier, and flashings were in good shape so he did not need to replace them. The building had an addition where the roof stepped down, and rather than making a drop to a lower gutter, which would have led to a clogging point, we decided on two downspouts. Marco, the young man who did the actual work, was great! He went over the order with me to confirm that what he was told to do fit my recollection. He is a courteous, friendly guy, who was a pleasure to deal with. He did the work fast, and left no debris of any kind behind. The gutters are solid and well-set. Perfect job."
