"The service was excellent! They arrived to pick up the vehicle a day earlier which was great. They delivered the vehicle right to my daughter's door and found a side street to unload. The service was delivered within the time frame given. All of my questions were answered via phone or email and the paperwork was seamless and the price was very reasonable."

"Great. After initial call, Wayne came out to do estimate the same day (he was in the neighborhood - I was impressed but this may have just been luck). We walked the property and discussed details and options. I shared my concerns and preferences, which were perhaps a little more complicated than a simple, standard setup (I wanted to drain most water off the roof to one side of the house where we had good/multiple sewer connections). Wayne listened, offered his opinions and said he would email me an estimate later. Got the estimate within 24 hours. Cost was quite a bit below other estimates. When the work started, crew arrived on time, they were open to discussing minor implementation details and options. They worked for 2 days and completed everything. Checked with me on a few details as they came up, followed my preferences. Results look great and (so far) all seems to be working exactly as I had hoped. This is a family business, somewhat "old school" - and I mean that as a compliment. No slick marketing materials, no BS. It appears they have been at this for a long time. Wayne seems to be the owner/boss, gutter work was done by Spencer and Brian (his sons?). Work quality seems very good. They cleaned up the site afterwards, were easy to work with and seemed professional. My only disappointments were that it took several weeks between the initial contact/estimate/green-light and when the work began (during this time, we started to get a lot of rain). But I can't fault them for being busy during a busy time of the year (November-December, when everybody probably wants gutters fixed). Wayne was honest from the start about how far out they were booked, and he stuck to his initial target date for the project, so I can't complain about that. The day after I set up our work with them, my next door neighbor asked if I could recommend anyone for some minor gutter repairs. Integrity did that work for him on the same day they were here for our gutters. Neighbor is also very happy with the results. I'd definitely call these guys again if/when I needed gutter work. Old school, in the good way. Now when it rains, I can relax and worry about other things."

"Raincap Construction was our general contractor for a major kitchen remodel about 18 months ago. I’ve been meaning to write this glowing review ever since, but my procrastination means I can also write about totally positive experiences we’ve had with Raincap since that major project. Raincap transformed our dingy, maze-like kitchen into an open, light-filled, beautifully calm space. Working with Raincap through that arduous, five-month process was absolutely a pleasure. Hard work, noisy, but always positive, in both the little things as well as the big things. Raincap carefully managed the little things, like keeping an immaculate work space, cleaning up after themselves, being pleasant company in our personal space, being responsive to our questions and concerns, keeping careful notes of progress, receipts, etc. , keeping the work space tightly sealed from the rest of our house to minimize construction dust in our living space. The little things matter – a lot! And they carefully managed the big things, like the actual framing and building, managing the subs, working well with our (technical, demanding) architect, making sure we had enough information to make informed decision as issues came up (and they always come up!). Throughout the process, with its inevitable ups and downs, Raincap’s owner, Chris Peterson, was a rock. We trusted him implicitly to do the right thing. When mistakes happened – ours, Raincap’s, or a sub’s – I could escalate to Chris and he would make it better. There were not many mistakes: due to extremely open communication lines between us, our architect, and Raincap, we checked and double-checked all decisions before they were built. There is NOTHING in our new kitchen that I would do differently if I could do it over. After the project was finished, we threw a party in the new kitchen for Raincap’s families and subs. They all came. I gave the Raincap project manager and the master carpenter gifts – books about treehouses, Hawaii – bits of information I had picked up about their personal interests over the months working together. I didn’t know that everybody doesn’t do that for their GC after a kitchen remodel! I’m sharing this story to show how much of a positive personal relationship this project became between our families. Since the kitchen has been completed, I’ve called Chris three times for kitchen-related problems. A fuse kept blowing when we had too much going on in the kitchen: he promptly sent out his (wonderful!) electrician to figure out the problem. Done. I called when all the lights on the back porch went out at once. After some questions, he asked me whether I’d checked the lightbulbs. Umm… Done. And our awesome Delta Touch faucet (highly recommend!) started leaking. Even though it was the fault of the Delta faucet and not something Raincap did on installation, Chris sent someone out to fix it. Done. In addition, I now ask Chris whom he recommends when we have other, smaller house projects. He recommended an amazing metal artisan when we needed railings on our front steps down to the street; we used his hardwood floor guy when we refinished floors elsewhere in our house (gorgeous work!). If Chris recommends the professional, I know they will do great work. And I like dropping Raincap’s name! We probably have one more major house remodel to go in this house. When we're ready, I’ll just call Chris and ask to get on Raincap’s schedule – I don’t need to talk to other GCs. I know Raincap will do excellent work at a fair price – I know they will take great care of us. And I’ll look forward to the process of the project – I’ll look forward to getting to work with them again. As perhaps you can tell, I highly, highly recommend Raincap!"

"Bryce came out and checked out the RV before ordering new valves. Our rig is a 2003 Suncruiser and we are the third owner so it is now out of warranty. The new valve didn’t seem to make a difference but they checked with the factory and discovered it could be just an air bubble. We ran the slide in and out a few times to get the bubble out and it works like a champ now. At Your Service never charges additional trip fees if they have to come back on the same work order. We have used them for all our repair needs since we bought this RV in 2012. They are the best RV service center around as they come to you and are trained on all brands. And, if you have a service warranty on your vehicle, they bill them for you. Thank you for your great customer service!"

"First contacted Shelf Genie at the Tacoma Home Show and made an appointment for a home consultation. The sales person (Josh) arrived as scheduled and we put together a plan and estimate for our desired products. Have to admit the price does seem high but we didn't get any other estimates (who else offers this kind of product?) It takes 6-8 weeks for the shelf and lazy susan units to be produced. Ours took a little longer because the sales person and the installer assumed that the manufacturer could make a slight change in the turntable product to allow it to fit in our corner cabinets. Turns out they don't make any changes to the offered product. Shelf Genie attempted to contact us for a decision on whether to cancel those products from our order or to change to a product that would fit but we were on vacation so it took a while to get back with them, thus extending the manufacturing time. The installer (Justin) contacted us once the products had arrived and arranged an installation date. He arrived on time and got right to work. The turntable installations were the toughest because our corner cabinets were simply regular cabinets installed at an angle at the corner so we had pie shaped empty spaces on both sides of these cabinets. Justin had to cut out the center shelves and the sides of both corner cabinets. He was able to do all the cutting without creating any noticeable dust in the house. Everything was cleaned up spic-n-span when he was done. Installation took about 6 hrs. Our only disappointment was we didn't gain as much shelf space as we had hoped but the easy access to EVERYTHING more than makes up for it."

"Called three different leak detection services after digging up half the yard, totally exhausted. This was the only one that even responded. Mike was super nice on the phone and kept us informed when he would be there. He found the leak UNDER THE ASPHALT DRIVEWAY, after about 45 minutes. We never would have found it if not for him. A LIFESAVER!"
