"J&R are absolutely master craftsman at patio, walls, decking and lighting. They were professional from day 1, even when we flipped back and forth on some decisions, and we ended up with a superb back yard. I love my back yard so much now - before it was so pathetic and small and swampy. They built true to design, made sure the draining and grading was perfect, made the back yard functional and beautiful. Our kids are now loving it and we can actually have people come over now. "Getting the install scheduled was difficult: our calls were often unreturned and when we called on our own, we were not able to schedule the install. It wasn't until we threatened to cancel that a date was scheduled for installation. When the patio was installed, there were no borders to keep the pacers in place, leaving us to perform that work on our own. He have also had to add an additional 3 bags of sand to fill the cracks and complete that patio. The pacers look great and the work was done very quickly but the challenges in scheduling and the incomplete work preclude us from using this business again in the future."

"Alex returned my call promptly. He arrived when he said he would and gave me an estimate for removal of the brush. I waited for two other companies to call back. One never returned my call, the other called while Alex and his partner were clearing the brush. The brush was cleared to within an inch of the ground. Parts of the area cleared are rough or hilly. I am pleased with how he cleared the area and the lack of "leftovers" i.e. leaves, blackberry canes, etc."
