Get matched with top wood or fiber cement siding repair or partial replacement pros in Oak Harbor, WA

"We are very happy with all the work we had done. Dmitri looked at our house painting project and suggested some repairs that should be done. He found some rotten wood and siding that needed replaced. He replaced the rotten areas and a few he discovered along the way. Repairs were Done professionally and everyone was Conscientious of our house and dog! Definitely 5 stars!!! Thank you Dmitri and gals!!"

"I really appreciated the entire experience of working with David. He always showed up when scheduled, staying in contact via text when necessary. Initially I needed a portion of a cement-fiber sided wall replaced due to significant water damage. He spent plenty of time with me discussing all of the options as he looked over the house. He's very professional yet personable and I felt I could trust his judgement on each of the decision points. The work was done quickly. As he pointed out that all of the wood trim around the windows and door on that end of the house were rotted, he explained ahead of time the possibilities he might uncover in removing the decayed wood. He clearly and thoroughly understood the scope of the project(s). Fortunately, underlying structures, vapor barrier, and flashings were in good shape so he did not need to replace them. I'll confidently use David if I have projects in the future."

"I could not be happier with Mike and his team at Perdue. Mike and Miguel went above and beyond for us with our siding project. They were flexible when we decided we also wanted to replace the doors on our house. Mike helped order the doors and even painted them for us. He helped counsel us on materials and design for our siding project. His siding team did a fantastic job. Our house looks amazing. They were respectful, detail oriented, and always took time to do things the right way. Any request was met with a positive, can-do attitude and completed promptly. Perdue was not the lowest quote we received for the work, but they are worth every penny for their workmanship and customer service. It saves money in the long run to have things done right the first time! Their work product and integrity is unmatched."

"Bottom line up front: I would hire Maksim Max Chirva again if I needed more exterior/building work completed on my house in the future. Job: Repair/replace trim/siding on my two-story house prior to painting. Pros: current business license, bond, and insurance on file with WA state; communicative and responsive; fair cost estimates; no unnecessary padding in his estimate of scope of work; open to negotiation and discussion throughout the job; used high-quality materials; high-quality workmanship; efficient and thorough when on-site; corrected any of his own mistakes at no cost to customer; 85% cleanup job/hauling away old/used house trim materials. Cons: took a few days longer than necessary/than originally projected/proposed due to interspersed 4-day vacations (one or two days either side of a weekend - punctuality concern); lack of diligence keeping worksite cleaned of old/used caulk, nails, and wood chips from old trim (required a little bit of cleanup from customer)"
