"Installation went very well, but at the end I noticed the floor anchors are sticking out too much and the caps are not covering them. After I asked the installer if he can trim it, he said he doesn’t have hand saw and cannot use his power saw to do it. He told me I will have to buy my own saw and cut it myself. That defeats the purpose of hiring and paying for a professional to do their job!"

"This was a Home depot purchase and they use DRF to contract the install on 2018 had 2 tankless water heaters installed they are Navien 240S the heat exchanger is leaking and as the customer I have to call for the warranty issue as DRF will not or they want to send someone for triple the price to inspect the unit. Price gouging DO NOT USE THEM "
